Congratulations! You are now part of an exclusive, earn-in community of luxury agents.
To qualify, all agents had to have closed on at least 4 transactions over the last 24 months in the luxury price point set by the region. For our region, that is $700,000+ for Orlando and the surrounding areas and $750,000+ for Winter Park.

As a member of Luxury within the KW Winter Park market center, you’re invited to join our shared print advertising initiative. Costs range from $900-1,700 per year depending on the number of agents who participate.

Monthly Masterminds
On the first Wednesday of each month, you are welcome to join us at 10 AM in the KW Winter Park Training Room for a mastermind session.
These sessions vary and may feature a discussion amongst luxury agents in our market center on a relevant topic, guest speakers from the industry, group advertising initiatives, luxury updates, and more.
Once a quarter, these meetings are opened to the entire market center.
Print Advertising
Each year, our group decides on a course of print advertisements that we all commit to for the full year. The goal of these ads are to establish our market center and ourselves as the luxury real estate experts in Central Florida. To join, you must commit to the full year’s advertisements. We take a new photo every December that is used for the following year.

The average annual cost is $1,200. It varies year to year based on the number of participants and the cost of the ads.

To participate, you’ll need to commit to the annual cost by November, attend the photoshoot in December, and make your first payment the following January.
Each ad runs from the Spring of each year through the Winter of that year.
If you plan on participating, we encourage you to begin engaging with the strategy sessions during the monthly masterminds beginning in September each year.
Once the photograph has been taken in December, there is not an option to join again until the following year.

By participating in this advertising group, you’re getting marketing collateral that you can use on your luxury listing appointments and social media.
You’re also helping to establish our market center as the home of Winter Park luxury - a tool that you can use in your marketing and in your profit share networking.
